Blåbärsoppa (Blueberry soup)


 200 ml blueberry whole fruit juice
500 ml water
150 g sugar
2 tbsp cornflour

Stir the blueberry whole fruit juice, water and sugar together in a saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. Mix the cornflour with a little cold water. Stir into the juice mixture and bring to the boil briefly again, stirring continuously. Also tastes good when served cold.
