Fruit tea cake
250 g butter
180 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
4 eggs
220 g earth almond flakes
250 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
ca. 1/8 l milk
150 g dried cranberries
Grease a loaf tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and the eggs until foamy. Stir in the earth almond flakes. Mix the flour and the baking powder and gradually stir in with the milk. Fold in the cranberries. Place the dough in the greased tin and bake for about 50 minutes.
