Oriental spread

Eiweissreiches-Suesslupinen-Schrot-Rezept-Orientalischer-Brot-Aufstrich60 g sweet lupin flour
200 ml vegetable stock
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 cm ginger
1 tsp ground cumin seeds
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper and curry

Pour the hot vegetable stock over the sweet lupin flour.
Peel the onion, garlic and ginger, chop finely and sauté in the oil with the cumin seeds until translucent.
Stir in the sweet lupin flour, remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid. Leave to swell and add lemon juice, salt, pepper and curry to taste. Leave to cool.
