Natural vitamin E is better for you!
Vitamin E is essential to protect our cells from oxidative stress*. The richest natural source of vitamin E is wheat germ oil. In its natural state and in combination with other natural protective substances, wheat germ oil is considerably more effective than synthetic or isolated vitamin E.
*Oxidative stress means that in certain situations, substances can develop in the metabolism which are harmful to the cells.
Every oil is different
The vitamin E content in natural oils varies greatly.

Why is natural vitamin E from wheat germ oil better for you?
The synthetic production of vitamin E has been possible for a long time now. However, these products usually only contain certain variants and do not provide the whole range of beneficial effects of natural vitamin E. Natural vitamin E is about 50% biologically more effective than artificial vitamin E. Food naturally rich in vitamin E protects us safely, without the risk of overdosage.
Rich in healthy fatty acids, including omega 3!
Wheat germ oil has a particularly high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and is rich in omega 3 fatty acids (alpha linolenic acids). These contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.
A real gem
1600 kg wheat produces 40 kg wheat germ, but only one litre of oil. Wheat germ oil is therefore one of nature’s gems.
