Do you have to watch how much you drink with Promend aktiv® ?
Unlike swelling fibres such as bran or psyllium, Promend aktiv® does not require any additional liquid intake. The insoluble fibres have the same effect as wholemeal bread, for example.
Nevertheless, it makes sense to drink more when you have digestive problems. Try to drink 1 1/2 to 2 litres a day - preferably water, unsweetened teas or juice with sparkling water.
