Protein crunch for your muesli

Protein crunch2 tbsp sweet lupin flour
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp honey

Melt the honey in a pan at a medium heat and add oats and sweet lupin flour. Stir until lightly browned.

Mix in a bowl with CereGran®, our wholegrain muesli and milk and serve. Large quantities of this crunch can also be prepared in advance.
